the staff are all so welcoming especially the guys at the restaurant (Eyip, Ege, and Mert). the room was cleaned daily with no bother. the most important thing is that the hotel is at a calm place near to metro and tramway station with lots of touristic places and restaurants beside.

The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The location has a gorgeous pool & spa. (after 18:00 you need to pay extra for access) My room had a gorgeous view of Bosphorus. The location is good, near public transportation and a lot of restaurants.

Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to Topkapi, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterne, the spice bazaar, the Galata bridge and the ferries. Nice restaurants nearby. The staf is very friendly and helpfull. We stayed in a superior family room on the 5th floor and loved the beautifull view on the Bosporus and Golden Horn. The room has twoo small balconies with double doors. You can’t sit on the balcony but because of he double doors you have a panoramic view.

Amazing front desk staff, I would say the best staff that I met in Turkey so far, they literally adressed all our tiny issues, and were very hospitable. The food is good, with a lot of vegetables and greens. Location is in the heart of historical part of Istanbul, and also near the Metro & rail road station. Rooms were clean and cozy.

The hotel was so clean, and the room had plenty of space. The location is fantastic, and all of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! always ready to offer help and advice. It's a super place to stay in Istanbul 😀 Where you have typical restaurants and places to go out. From there, you can also join the "The Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia just 10/15min walk.

Location was very good and central to tram train boat and eating places. Breakfast was reasonable could have more variety but still nice. Hotel staff were very good helpful and spoke English.

Everything was amazing Staff are so good , polite , helpful, kind and friendly. Mustafa in the reservation department is a very good gentleman and he’s very helpful. Saumer Hedar is helpful as well. Another very helpful and really good as well was Amam Mosque as he helped us a lot with everything.

The staff was amazing! Especially murat!!!! We had a flight early morning and he made sure we had breakfast before we got to the airport. All week he was very nice and friendly! Amazing service

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Everything is nearby. Hotel has SPA that is included in price. Stuff is so polite. I actually stayed there 2 times. One with my family and other one with my sister and friend. Public transport is 3 min away and it’s very quite area.
